Over the weekend we went to Idaho for my mom's birthday. We went snowshoeing for our first time. It was awesome, the weather was beautiful and what more can I say...we figured out a way to hike in the winter.

Monday we went snowmobiling. We borrowed my Uncle Gary's snowmobiles and he had two different names for them either it was a snow machine or a sled, what do we call it? I love going to Idaho because it reminds me of my mom's roots and frankly I'm just such a city kid.
This is all of us standing around Lauren the snow angel. We missed you sister!
This was Dave's first time on a snowmobile and he loved it! We rode on a trail following Warm river which was a blast. It was the perfect day and the best way to celebrate my mom's birthday.

Did you forget that I live in Idaho?
That is totally fun! I've been wanting to take Leonard and the kids over to ride but the roads are always so bad!!!
Lauren has really changed since I last saw her! :)
Fun events all around! Hey, I'm so excited you're my new visiting teacher. We'll have oodles of fun!
