Happy New Year!!

I have completely neglected our blog. My only excuse is that we left our camera cord at home while we were in Philly. Blogging is just like journal writing, if you fall behind you have two choices, either you leave it out or keep it short...so on with the pictures. Dave and I had the chance to go back to PA and visit his family for New Years. We had a blast and did a ton of stuff.

I had two requests when we went back and the first was that we eat a steak sandwich at Concord Steak and Pike, the best steak sandwiches hands down. Second I really wanted to see Longwood Gardens in all it's "Christmasy" glory. I wasn't disappointed.

We also went to Hershey park. Chocolate as far as the eye can see, I was in Heaven!

The whole family spent New Years Eve at the Foulk's house in New Jersey. The Foulks are a long time family friend and it's a tradition to trade off between the houses. We learned so many fun new games.

Saturday night I gave Dave a haircut...well I did half of the haircut his mom helped me with the rest. I think it turned out pretty good for my first time.

Our last day we went to the Franklin Institute, what fun! There was so much to see and do. My favorite, by far, was the giant heart. You could walk through the different chambers and see where the blood would flow as the heart pumps.
